Area of production: Mid-hill of the Friuli Grave area.
Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon, Refosco dal peduncolo rosso. Careful grape selection in the vineyard to preserve both the structure and the aromas of the grapes. Particular attention is paid to the different degree of ripeness of each grape variety. After the harvest, all the grapes are pressed together to undergo a long skin maceration period. Aging in big large stainless steel tanks.
Characteristics: Ruby red colour; fruit aromas with spicy and vegetable hints. Well balanced, intense with a long finish.
Food pairings: Enjoy with savory first dishes, roasted meats, aged cheese.
